1、機油加得過多
當(dāng)機油不足時,軸承與軸頸等會發(fā)生潤滑不良,加劇磨損甚至引發(fā)燒瓦軸事故。但機油太多,發(fā)動機同樣也要出故障,即在工作時曲軸柄、連桿大端會產(chǎn)生劇烈攪動,將增加發(fā)動機內(nèi)部功率損失,還會使濺到缸壁上的機油增多,產(chǎn)生燒排機油故障。因此,機油應(yīng)控制在機油尺的上、下刻線之間為好。
2、盲目喜歡進口配件
有些抽沙船用戶特別喜歡“進口”配件,但適合歐洲配件在國內(nèi)往往難有上佳表現(xiàn),特別是有的配件特別“嬌氣”,容易引發(fā)事故。事實上,國產(chǎn)配件根據(jù)實際情況而生產(chǎn)的,更適合,價位更合理。
