抽沙船工作中造成吸沙泵發(fā)熱的原因
1.對(duì)于吸沙泵來(lái)說(shuō)，流量超載會(huì)導(dǎo)致電機(jī)負(fù)載扭矩過(guò)大，接著就是電機(jī)電流變大。
2.高揚(yáng)程的吸沙泵用于低揚(yáng)程環(huán)境中，即用額定轉(zhuǎn)速更快，扇葉更小的沙泵替代原本應(yīng)該額定轉(zhuǎn)速不快，扇葉更大的泵。
3.對(duì)于一臺(tái)高揚(yáng)程的吸沙泵，若是實(shí)際情況不需要那么高的壓力，那么沙泵就會(huì)在低揚(yáng)程下運(yùn)行，此時(shí)吸沙泵的流量會(huì)比額定的高揚(yáng)程下的流量大，這時(shí)的功率也會(huì)比額定的高揚(yáng)程時(shí)高，所以容易超載。
