一、 當(dāng)抽沙泵出口有壓力但是壓力小于正常值范圍
1、抽沙泵長期沒有運(yùn)行，使得葉輪、密封部位粘結(jié)，造成電機(jī)堵轉(zhuǎn)；開機(jī)前應(yīng)盤動沙泵，確認(rèn)轉(zhuǎn)動靈活再啟動。
2、抽沙泵本身缺陷，盤動時候出現(xiàn)死點(diǎn)，此事時應(yīng)解體檢查沙泵的零部件是否有損壞情況，并及時更換損壞零件。
3、電氣故障，檢查電機(jī)及線路有無缺相故障，保護(hù)系統(tǒng)有無誤動作，保證電力系統(tǒng)頻率到正常值后試機(jī)。
二、當(dāng)沒有壓力可能為以下情況：
1、管路瀉壓，可能為管路的某個部位有泄露造成瀉壓，從而是系統(tǒng)壓力減��；可以關(guān)閉吸沙泵出口閥門，檢查壓力情況。
2、缺水，管道內(nèi)水源不足也是壓力不足原因之一，多是由于吸沙泵施工環(huán)境中有垃圾或雜草淤堵管路進(jìn)口，此時開機(jī)后能聽到水泵噪音很大，逐漸關(guān)閉出口閥門這種聲音會逐漸減小。清理吸沙泵過濾網(wǎng)上的淤堵并提高工況水位。
3、葉輪腐蝕或者葉輪口環(huán)磨損；更換沙泵葉輪。
