3、垂直進(jìn)口或垂直出口的泵,為了減少對泵管口的作用力,管口上方管線須設(shè)管架,其平面位置要盡量靠近管口,可以利用管廊縱梁支吊管線,所以常把泵布置在管廊下。
4、單吸泵的進(jìn)口處,吸沙泵好配置一段約3倍進(jìn)口直徑的直管。
5、對于雙吸入泵,為了避免雙向吸入水平離心泵的汽蝕,雙吸入管要對稱布置,以保證兩邊流量分配均勻。垂直管道通過彎頭直接連接,但泵的軸線一定要垂直于彎頭所在的平面。此時,進(jìn)口配管要求盡量短,彎頭接異徑管,再接進(jìn)口法蘭。在其它條件下,抽沙泵進(jìn)口前應(yīng)有不小于3倍管徑的直管段。
