1）嚴禁長工夫抽大氣！嚴禁無油少油任務。在被抽系統(tǒng)與旋片真空泵鏈接處應該裝置真空閥，停機前應先封閉通道已避免真空由回流到被抽系統(tǒng)中！確保被抽系統(tǒng)無侵蝕性氣體；
2）嚴禁換用其他品種的油。必然要用專業(yè)的真空油。常常反省油位地位，不契合規(guī)則時須調(diào)整使之契合要求。以真空泵運轉時，油位到油標中間為準；
3）常常反省油質(zhì)狀況，發(fā)現(xiàn)吸沙泵及蛻變應實時改換真空油，確保2X-4旋片真空泵任務正常；
4）換真空油的刻日，按實踐運用前提和可否知足功能要求等狀況思索，由用戶酌情決議。普通2x系列旋片式真空泵，抽除潔凈枯燥的氣體時，建議在任務100小時左右換油一次。待油中看不到黑色金屬粉末后，今后可恰當延伸改換真空油刻日；
